Q&A

"No Q and As available."

Q: Who is your favourite F1 driver ever?

A: It always was and always will be Lewis Hamilton. It's because of him that I started to watch F1. He'll always be an inspiration to me.

Q: Which circuit is your favourite on F1 2017?

A: I haven't raced at every track, but I like Suzuka. Those long, flowing corners are such fun to drive through.

Q: Which car is your favourite to drive on F1 2017?

A: I like the Ferrari. I think the balance of that car suits my style the best.

Q: How much practice do you put in on F1 2017?

A: Two to-three hours a day, which isn't a lot, but I had a lot of simulator driving to do as well. I wasn't sure it was enough when I got the confirmation that I was a wild card entry! Luckily it was enough to get me through to the Final.

Q: Explain how you came to be given a wildcard entry to the F1 Esports Series semi-finals...

A: I started going to a lot of F1 races from 2014 onwards - I've been to about 14 or 15 of them since then. While there I found out there were chances to win Paddock passes by racing against other fans on the F1 games. I won many races there and that's why I was given the wildcard entry. I feel very lucky.

Q: You have been to quite a lot of races - where is your favourite place to watch F1?

A: I think Belgium, because you can see so much. Even the cheapest tickets give you such a great view of the action. Austria is very similar. If you want to see plenty of the track from one vantage point, those are the best in my opinion.

Q: What are you most looking forward to about going to Abu Dhabi for the Finals?

A: I'm very much looking forward to going to Abu Dhabi as I have never been there before. It's going to be a great weekend and I'm sure all 20 of us can't wait.

Q: Who is your toughest online opponent?

A: Definitely the guys to watch are the ones that won their heats. But all 20 drivers are super-quick and anything can happen in Abu Dhabi. There is a one-month gap between the semi-finals and the Final so plenty of time for drivers to improve.

Q: In addition to Lewis Hamilton, which F1 drivers would you most like to meet?

A: Daniel Ricciardo - he is the coolest guy in the paddock. Fernando Alonso and Max Verstappen would be great to meet too.
