Every story has a beginning, and this is no exception. Italy’s Matteo Pagliani becomes the first ever F1 Mobile Racing Esports champion, after coming out on top in duels during the two-hour time window for the Grand Final, in January 2021.

More than 60,000 racers qualified into the elite Mobile Racing Esports Leagues since the competition began in earnest back in September 2020, with 3,500 making it to the Grand Final stage.

More than 10 million player-vs-player duels whittled down the competition to the top players, with 105 million minutes spent duelling and qualifying for the big stage.

Pagliani, known by his handle PAGLIA, battled it out in 53 player-vs-player duels in the Grand Final’s two-hour time window, giving him an insurmountable tally of points as the event closed.

As the first ever F1 Mobile Racing Esports champion, Pagliani will receive a trophy to celebrate his achievement. He will also be awarded a special prize, to be announced in due course.
